Cerulean Sky was created in March 2026 in celebration of Barbour County, West Virginia. It captures the flow of the Tygart River and the light of the landscape.
Painted on polytab and adhered to vinyl ~14' x32'
For the weekend of June 19th the "Stamp Stations" will be located around The Golden Rule and marked with a Blue and White Star.
After the America 250 Celebration they will then be placed throughout Barbour County so as you are traveling through Barbour County you will find “Stamp Stations.” The stamps can be printed together on the back of the paper.
Funding provided by
The West Virginia Department of Tourism through an America 250 Grant and coordinated by The Barbour County Commission.
Special Thanks!
